1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sa3a Coaching Academy platform (the "Platform") operated by LUNERA for Digital Solutions ("Sa3a Coaching Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, trainers, and any other users of the Platform.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You must also complete identity verification by uploading a valid National ID before accessing any course content, sessions, or Platform features. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where identity verification fails or where fraudulent documents are submitted.
4. Account Registration
When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Upload a valid National ID for identity verification
- Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately at support@sa3acoaching.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Services
Sa3a Coaching Academy provides online coaching and instructor certification courses, including but not limited to:
- Train-To-Teach (TTT): A 4-week instructor certification program
- Virtual Mastery (VM): An English fluency course
- 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Personalized sessions with certified trainers
- Assignments and Progress Tracking: Digital assignments, progress records, and feedback tools
Course structures, session counts, and delivery formats are defined at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify course content and structure with reasonable notice.
6. Payments
6.1 Currencies and Methods
We accept payments in Egyptian Pound (EGP) and Euro (EUR) via:
- Bank Transfer
- InstaPay
- Grey
6.2 Payment Structure
Payments may be structured as a one-time package fee or as installments, depending on the service selected. The applicable structure will be clearly communicated before enrollment is confirmed.
6.3 Payment Confirmation
Enrollment is only confirmed once payment is verified by our team. Access to course content and sessions will not be granted until payment is confirmed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
7.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- The student is unable to continue due to a documented emergency
- Sa3a Coaching Academy fails to deliver the agreed number of sessions without rescheduling
Refunds are not available once course materials have been substantially accessed or once more than 50% of sessions have been delivered.
7.2 Misconduct Deduction
If a student's enrollment is terminated due to disrespect toward any Sa3a Coaching Academy employee, trainer, or fellow student, a 30% deduction will be applied to any remaining course balance before a refund is issued. This applies to conduct on the Platform, during sessions, or in any associated community spaces.
7.3 Session Cancellation by Student
Students may cancel or reschedule a session only in the case of a genuine emergency. To qualify for a reschedule without losing the session credit:
- The student must notify us at least 12 hours in advance
- The student must provide documented proof of the emergency
Cancellations without sufficient notice or documentation will result in the session being counted as delivered.
7.4 Session Cancellation by Trainer
If a trainer cancels or fails to attend a scheduled session, the session will be automatically rescheduled. Students will not lose their session credit in such cases.
8. Conduct and Community Standards
All users — students and trainers alike — are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Disrespecting, harassing, or insulting any Sa3a Coaching Academy employee, trainer, or student — whether during sessions, on the Platform, or in associated community spaces
- Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to circumvent the Platform to arrange private sessions outside of the enrollment agreement
- Misrepresenting your identity or submitting fraudulent documents
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with applicable refund deductions as described in Section 7.2.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for:
- Disrespect or misconduct toward employees, trainers, or other students
- Submission of fraudulent identity documents
- Non-payment or payment fraud
- Any conduct that violates these Terms
Upon termination, access to the Platform and all associated content will be revoked. Any remaining refund will be processed in accordance with Section 7.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
10.1 Platform Content
All course materials, videos, session recordings, assignments, branding, and Platform content are the exclusive property of LUNERA for Digital Solutions / Sa3a Coaching Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
10.2 Session Recordings
Sessions conducted on the Platform may be recorded. All recordings are owned by Sa3a Coaching Academy. Recordings may be shared with the student who participated as a personal study reference. Students may not distribute, publish, or share recordings with third parties.
10.3 Student Submissions
Assignments, documents, and other content submitted by students remain the student's intellectual property. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Sa3a Coaching Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering educational services and tracking your progress.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Sa3a Coaching Academy does not guarantee any specific outcome, employment, certification recognition, or career result from completing our courses or sessions. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances beyond our control.
That said, we are deeply invested in our students' success. When hiring opportunities arise within our network, our own students are always the first candidates we consider — because we trust our process and the people who commit to it.
12. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in those documents.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
